The engineering division is established to be responsible for continuing airworthiness and engineering support for the delta aircraft maintenance organization. All technical manuals, instructions and adaptations of all maintenance instructions revised and updated within delta are kept and stored safely here.

"The core mission of Technical department is to provide serviceable aircraft for flight operations. That means all the defects shall be timely rectified of properly deferred and all the reasonable preventative measures shall be taken to ensure the safety and reliability of the aircraft and its systems.

Nowadays the modern aircraft is very safe but also very complex, so my job as engineer always includes some amount of learning and solving of non-routine problems. That also calls for a need to constantly improve the routine processes, and this is my favorite part of working in delta - learning and improving the workflow in a collaboration with a team of highly professional colleagues. delta provides a perfect environment for the potential job candidates to develop themselves and express their creativity, performance and knowledge within a company with a well-known reputation and strong position in aviation market.
