Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Jetstar is seeking AME’s to support maintenance of B717 aircraft in Hobart on 2 years fixed term contracts.
Successful candidates you will need to:
- Have Completed Certificate IV in Aeroskills, with previous B717 experience desirable
- Have excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage self and others
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have extensive experience in Line and/or Base Maintenance
- Have a proven commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholders; and
- Hold a valid driving licence and ability to obtain an Airside Drivers Licence
